Two very interesting articles featured in today’s update. The first discusses significant radiation levels found in an ice core in Antarctica from around the time of the last geomagentic pole shift. The second discusses the rate at which a pole shift can take place; that it needn’t take thousands of years, the process can take place over the course of a lifetime.
Again, increasing radiation levels will likely impact us over the coming years. I have been shown crops could be affected, AMOC decline could be hastened, there could be increased rates of disease such as cancer and new pestilence, there could be increased seismic activity, aviation could be affected due to navigation issues and health risks. These are risks we must take seriously.

As a side note, I wonder if the Antarctic Treaty, which was signed in 1959, was agreed with an awareness (on some level) of the planetary changes which we now see unfolding. I wonder if it has been kept a territory which is “open access” in order to facilitate a covert multilateral effort to conduct research on an area which holds much insight about the last geomagnetic pole shift. Antarctica would have been much milder and possibly in a different location around the time of the last pole shift. I also wonder if there are other artefacts of interest in Antarctica, given intuitions I have received. It’s interesting the US and Russia both have a ‘basis of claim’. Perhaps this is a relic of the Cold War.
