There is a network, or cabal, which operates below the surface of global affairs. It is the same network with which Jeffrey Epstein was affiliated and has multiple branches of interest with a focus on information management, suppression, and covert programs/initiatives. There is a ‘criminal’ element to these operations and many have been coerced into joining this network either through forced engagement such as human trafficking or through their profession. I have come across this network through my experiences as a target and a ‘test subject’ for one of these secret programs. There is a link between this network and secret societies such as Freemasons. I have observed examples of exploitation through the use of vulnerable persons during my targeting such as children, homeless adults, persons who are likely to be asylum seekers or trafficked individuals, and also the positioning of people who are likely being paid as part of these operations in ways which are demeaning to them personally. I have also encountered individuals who I strongly suspect have been subject to experiments of likely a genetic or similar nature.

What I have deduced from my encounters with these people is that unfortunately, due to unseen influences such as ‘The Phenomenon’/non-human intelligence, influences on our consciousness which remain either suppressed or formally unidentified, complex dynamics and considerations such as geopolitics, the fear of reprisals if they choose to speak up or leave, and the criminal activities some undertake which drive them further underground out of fear of being misunderstood, hopeless, and by virtue of the nature of the network, is that it is unlikely they will surface of their own accord unless a consciousness shift happens in tandem with internal efforts to do so.

The following MUST be addressed as a priority:

1. Examining the Epstein files and emails for evidence of interests and programs related to the development of advanced technology, genetic experimentation, and forms of exploitation.
2. Acknowledging the reality of human trafficking and other forms of abuse within this network. Identifying how children and adults have been used as part of experiments through trafficking and for other purposes. Integrating an awareness of coercion methods to stifle dissent and essentially keep people hostage within this network so their predicament can be fully appreciated.
3. The use of DEW technology such as neuroweapons on individuals as part of programs and targeting. Acknowledging the reality of Havana Syndrome, therefore allowing the medical community and social support systems to research and develop appropriate treatments for those affected.
4. Ending programs which use these technologies and trauma-inducing techniques on children and adults alike. Many were inducted into this network as children/without consent. Their lives are managed carefully, and based on observation and experience, I believe this applies to all those within this network due to the culture of secrecy within which they operate. People are often ‘dog-tagged’ due to their ESP abilities, spiritually gatekept, and monitored closely. We must stop these forms of exploitation in a humane and consciousness-informed manner given the influences and circumstances within which many were brought into and kept ‘captive’ by this network.
5. Identifying and remediating occult and secret society influence on this network, its’ activities, and the rest of society.
6. Identifying additional covert systems and technologies which are being used on the population such as: the development of an ‘artificial global hive mind’ and the distribution of nanotechnology through methods such as vaccinations and other means. Raising awareness of how these technologies are used for ‘mind control’; to affect perception, cognition, and physiology.
7. The use of occult ritual, technology, and ‘The Phenomenon’ for hybridisation and genetic modification projects.
8. The need for UAP and NHI disclosure on the basis of how it has compromised the integrity of human society and to allow for healing and for us to move forward.
9. Working to surface this network in order to liberate all from suffering.
