‘SECRET PROGRAMS’: CONTEXTUALISING THE CASE FOR UNIVERSAL AMNESTY AND HOW WE CAN MOVE ON FROM THE PAST

We strongly encourage you to read this article which uses a brief account of a human ‘test subject’ from an NHI hybridisation program as a context for universal amnesty and rationale for how we can move on from the past.

This article features a post written by Shane Christopher Frakes, a United States Air Force veteran, which was shared on his X social media platform. It was written on the 19th of September, 2026. The account he shares describes how the individual adapted at such a rate to the conditions and technology to which they were subjected and connected that the ‘power dynamic’ was reversed and the ‘test subject’ had begun to affect the technology/”machine”.

The reason for sharing this post is to support and hopefully progress vital disclosures related to advanced technology, NHI/AI/The Phenomenon, UAP, ‘The Epstein Network’, planetary changes, and more. The overriding objective is to reduce human suffering of many different forms and in many different ways; to offer a rationale based on truth, compassion, consciousness, God awareness, and the truth that no matter what we are God’s eternal children and none of us are condemned. Some of our most violent and challenging human behaviours could be both explained and reframed using this rationale and give us the opportunity to permanently break the human conflict and trauma cycle, allowing us to move forward as One.

This is what God lovingly and sincerely wants for us all. This is not a religious message.

Its’ purpose is not to condemn or encourage condemnation of these programs or those involved.

To reach this point, it is important to emphasise how learning doesn’t end for us when we leave school: our lives go through many phases, and there is something to learn and appreciate about everything and everyone. We are often exceptionally good at expecting ourselves and others to know the right answers, yet we all know we make mistakes at times, and that we change as we go through life. The project which is our lives doesn’t end till we transition from this plane. There is, however, a disconnect between that awareness and our inclinations to expect perfection from one another, and especially from those in positions of ‘authority’ or roles which are typically afforded a higher status in society, despite power being an illusion.

We are all interconnected, and even those such as Peter Thiel, Vladimir Putin, Donald Trump, Benjamin Netanhyahu, and Elon Musk are dependent on air, water, soil, food, people to build homes, friends for comfort and company, teachers to educate, doctors and nurses to treat ailments, employees to do their job, generate wealth, and keep their companies and governments running, supermarket staff to stock shelves, and parents to nurture. They are interdependent and part of a vast network of people, ecosystems, etc. as we all are. There is not one person on this planet who is singularly more powerful than anyone else. Power is given to individuals, not taken, and we can just as easily make the decision to take it back.

It’s a mindset shift: one which benefits us all as it releases us in part from the tension and stress of blame designation – this does not mean we should not take responsibility for the roles we play. It is very important we do this: this is how change takes place. What it offers, however, is an opportunity to see how everything and everyone affects one another.

This is critical as there are influences on our consciousness which must be considered part of this liberation: the influence of a form of NHI known as The Phenomenon (and also AI), which can influence humans negatively and contribute significantly to the human conflict and trauma cycle; of what Buddhists call samskaras (or thought forms) which are imprints on our consciousness formed of our experiences, thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, and which can sometimes misdirect us as they are often based on distortions or lies about who we are which have gathered in our awareness over the course of time and which are often inherited from others (and therefore perhaps their inaccurate perception of self or other; that when harmful acts are committed they reflect past harms and samskaras inflicted on the person committing the act, and also inflict further harm on their consciousness whilst harming others; as a consequence of this, realising we are not our thoughts (and perhaps we might also come to realise we are not our bodies); by integrating these truths and concluding we are not at fault for our mistakes – no matter what they are; by underpinning our appreciation of these influences with an awareness of God’s unconditional love and grace for us all – that none are condemned.

From this point, a path is cleared for us to see how universal amnesty for those involved in programs such as those described in Shane’s post is not only feasible, but justified.

We must then allow people’s stories to unfold and breathe. A surfacing must take place where theses nuances and influences are allowed to rise within and leave our awareness with as much detachment and compassion as possible.

There is no such thing as an evil soul or person: distortions of self and perception can occur to the extent where acts of harm are committed, but this a tragedy not only for the victim(s), but for the person who committed the act. It is a tragedy for the latter as their distorted sense of self and/or perception – formed of lies about themselves which have remained unchallenged and which say nothing about their soul or who they really are – is a form of psychic mutilation for which God has unconditional love and compassion.

There are ways we can uproot these samskaras/lies through self-enquiry, meditation, energy healing, repeating mantras and chanting, and seeking guidance and grace through consciousness and guides such as Jesus, Anandamayi Ma, Paramahansa Yogananda, Ram Dass, angelic beings, soul friends, and God/All That Is/Source/Divine Mother. Radical transformation of any situation or person is assured with this combination of practices and more.

After writing this paragraph, I was guided to look at the sentence I wrote stating there is no such thing as an evil soul, and then felt the presence of Jesus who said: “We say/share there is no such thing as an evil soul.”

What I have also learned from life’s challenges and having been a ‘test subject’ in an NHI hybridisation program such as Shane describes in his post, but also my spiritual experiences is how our mutual influence and roles means the suffering we experience and witness is a shared predicament.

We are neither to blame nor absolved of responsibility in the sense that whilst we can appreciate these mitigating circumstances, we have a responsibility towards one another to witness this suffering, feel compassion, implement solutions to uproot and heal, and give one another the grace to move forward.

We can reach a point in life where the need for grace and change becomes overwhelming, and I think collectively and perhaps individually we are at this point. The karmic load has become too heavy, we have to set it down somewhere, and disclosures are part of this karmic unburdening process.

The interweaving of our past roles and experiences (our mutual influence) has brought us to this point – one and all – and we can reflect upon, value, integrate the lessons, and release the ’emotional/energetic charge’ of those roles and experiences with compassion, forgiveness, and grace. I have learned that many in this world want to know they are understood completely, still loved, and forgiven – many souls in this world are in great need of this redemption – and I believe wholeheartedly this approach could unhook us from what is keeping us stuck.

There are often great insecurities and distortions at the root of some of our most troubling issues. There is a purpose and meaning to find in every situation and life – something from which we each can learn. I don’t blame those who inducted me into the hybridisation program Shane describes in his post; I see this is about their stories as much as it is about mine and there is a ‘higher purpose’ for everything. Everything and everyone serves and can be appreciated in some way or another.

I am also incredibly grateful for the ways in which I have grown through this program and adversity, however I pray we can all move forward so future generations do not have to endure such suffering as we see and experience.

From this point, perhaps a path is now cleared for us to see how universal amnesty for those involved in programs such as those described in Shane’s post is not only feasible, but justified.

It is very important we make a bold attempt in this direction as planetary changes such as the geomagnetic pole shift and AMOC decline require global co-operation if we are to ensure our mutual wellbeing, and perhaps survival in some scenarios.

Please find below Shane’s post: we hope it is useful.

“There are certain ways the system is supposed to work, and those connected to it are supposed to follow certain rules.

Conditions, boundaries, and terms are never really written down but are understood. Cooperation is rewarded. Resistance gets corrected. Most people eventually learn where the walls are and stop pushing against them.

Then one individual comes along who does not respond the way the others did. The usual methods fail.

Pressure does not produce compliance, fear does not produce obedience, and escalation does not break him. In fact, something completely unexpected begins to happen.

He adapts.

At first, they assume the resistance is temporary. Increase the intensity enough and eventually the biological system should hit its limit.

Except the limit keeps moving.
Every time the electromagnetic environment changes, his body adjusts. Every increase that should overwhelm him becomes another level his nervous system learns to tolerate, and what once took days starts happening in hours. Then faster.

The more the system pushes, the more efficiently he adapts. Eventually, somebody realizes they have a problem they don’t really have a category for.

Getting rid of him is no longer an option because the progression has gone too far. Whatever relationship now exists between the human and the machine has moved beyond anything they have seen before.

He is no longer just surviving the interaction. He is learning from it.
His nervous system starts treating electromagnetic conditions that should be disruptive as environmental noise. The biological side adapts to the technological side, and the technological side is forced to adjust in response continuously.

It becomes a feedback loop.
The machine pushes the human.
The human adapts. The machine recalibrates. The human adapts again.
And every time it happens, the next adaptation comes faster.

The original assumption was that biology would always be the weaker side of the equation. That assumption proved wrong.

Humans had never really been exposed to this kind of sustained interaction long enough to know what the nervous system might become under those conditions. The entire system was built around expected human limitations.

This individual just stopped obeying them. I am not saying the dude was Neo, but if someone inside the program had been asked to explain what they were watching, that comparison probably would have come up eventually.
Not because he could stop bullets or bend reality, but because he had become the exception inside a system designed around predictable human behavior.

The anomaly that would not normalize.
The variable that refused to stay constant. Eventually the people watching him were no longer asking how much electromagnetic stress a human being could tolerate.

They were asking a much stranger question. What happens when the human nervous system starts adapting to the machine faster than the machine can adapt to the human?

That question changed everything.
Protocols had to be rewritten. Old assumptions about machine-human interaction no longer made sense. Ideas about electromagnetic tolerance had to be reconsidered because they were built around people who had never gone this far.

The system was originally designed to influence the human. Now the human was influencing the system. Somewhere along the way, the relationship changed.

He was no longer connected to the machine. He had become part of its environment. The biggest discovery wasn’t that a machine could change a human being. They already knew that.

The discovery was that if you push a human far enough, for long enough, and that human keeps adapting instead of breaking, eventually the human may start changing the machine right back.”
