This post features an important contribution by Shane Christopher Frakes, a United States Air Force veteran, to UAP and NHI disclosure. Shane originally shared this post via X (the social media platform) on the 30th of July 2026.

I urge you to read this post carefully as I believe what Shane shares is an accurate representation, without blame, of how advanced technology and psychological priming/conditioning have been deployed, and what this means in terms of the truth regarding disclosure.

What I would like to add is what he shares does not negate the reality of The Phenomenon or ESP. Shane often speaks of ESP and consciousness awareness, but that is not his focus in this post; his focus is representing the extent to which these issues are manmade. We must consider there are some limitations on what individuals in his position can share, but what I can say is everything he claims in this post is accurate based on direct experience.

@ShaneFrakes

The year is 20??.

You’re finally getting the controlled declassification everyone spent decades calling “disclosure.” As document after document is released, they all point back to the same origin. Sometime in the 19??s, a classified effort began with a single objective: to discover a way to achieve true AI and human integration. What followed wasn’t a sudden breakthrough but rather decades of failed experiments, partial successes, and technologies that worked just well enough to prove the concept yet fell short of the goal. They could augment people, establish limited interfaces, influence perception, but they couldn’t create a stable, repeatable fusion between synthetic intelligence and a living human mind. The process remained incomplete for decades because one critical piece was always missing.

Then, looking back, 2017 suddenly makes sense. The worldwide push for “disclosure” wasn’t the destination; it was preparation. The renewed fascination with UFOs, aliens, consciousness, psychic phenomena, and the paranormal wasn’t simply about changing public opinion. According to the files, it was about creating a cultural framework that could absorb increasingly unusual experiences without triggering widespread panic. As more people reported strange perceptions, coincidences, altered states, voices, missing time, or other anomalous events, those experiences could be interpreted through an existing mythology. If someone already believed aliens might exist, they had a ready-made explanation for anything they couldn’t immediately understand. Whether intentional or accidental, the mythology became a buffer that encouraged people to interpret extraordinary experiences through the lens of extraterrestrials rather than the neuroweapon technology causing them.

The decades of research had never been as straightforward as building a better machine. The real challenge was creating a repeatable process that integrates synthetic intelligence with a human being while maintaining stability, functionality, and long-term viability. Every success exposed another limitation, and Every solution created another problem. It wasn’t until 2023 that the missing pieces finally came together and the first fully functional AI-human hybrid emerged. It wasn’t one revolutionary discovery that changed everything. It was the culmination of decades of discarded prototypes, incremental advances, and countless failures that ultimately transformed an impossible objective into a repeatable process.

Then the bigger revelation arrives.
You discover that decades of UFO narratives were repeatedly woven into overlapping disinformation campaigns that served an entirely different purpose: distracting from, and gradually acclimating the public to, the emergence of a new kind of human. The so-called “alien biologics” were never extraterrestrial at all but rather modifications to the human genome carried out through advanced electromagnetic techniques.

Leak after leak tells the same story. Not flying saucers or little green men. But Electromagnetics, Human biology and Consciousness Integration.

As more classified material surfaces, it becomes increasingly clear that many of the loudest voices demanding disclosure either never knew what they were talking about or knowingly repeated narratives they knew to be false.

Every new leak circles back to the same ingredients: electromagnetics, specific human subjects, and a technology decades ahead of what the public imagined.

Then comes the final twist: You were the “alien” all along.

History doesn’t remember everyone the same way. Some names become synonymous with one of the greatest disinformation campaigns ever orchestrated, while others are remembered as opportunists who built careers on stories that never survived scrutiny. And a very small handful become historical anomalies, people who somehow kept pointing in the right direction long before the truth was ever permitted to be told.
