If you hold your hands together in the prayer position and overlap your thumbs so they are embracing one another, and if you look at your thumbs for a moment and consider how they represent interconnectedness, eternity, love, kinship, and compassion – how they are looking after one another – then close your eyes and meditate on these qualities whilst keeping your hands in this position, you can experience profound healing and love.

I had such an experience earlier and it was very emotional but significantly cathartic. Asking for Reiki energy/connecting with God/All That Is/Source can also really help, I hope to share more about mudras/hand positions I have been shown by guides/come across intuitively and healing very soon.

I really believe in their usefulness in combination with connection to healing energy from God and other techniques.
